Research: some foods cause premature menstruation

Multi-starch foods cause women to have premature menstruation, the study has explained.

The intake of osteoporosis and breastfeeding in the UK results in menstrual periods a year and a half earlier than the average age of 51.

However, a study conducted by the University of Leeds for 914 women in the UK, has also noted that a dietary diet with low-fat fish and beans can slow down menstruation in menstruation

But analysts say there are other reasons, including genetics

It is not known how fast eating habits can affect women as well as explicit studies.

The study was published in the Epidemiology & Community Health newsletter and women were asked what diet they had.

Dietary vegetarian diet, such as cassava, beans, cereal beans and baskets on average slows down menstrual limitations.

Carbohydrates, especially with lemon juice, have been reported to cause menstrual infertility earlier
